We have worked with a very wide range of clients from mums wanting to get back into shape: executives who need assistance to fit exercise into their busy diaries: individuals with injuries or aches and pains who need help to get back to living their lives to the full and people who find visiting a gym or starting to exercise daunting and just need a helping hand to help build confidence and self esteem. We have worked with clients ranging in age from 14 to 75 and always ensure we tailor our approach to the individual needs of the client.

at Full Circle Fitness Southern we take a hands on approach, ensuring each session is tailored directly to you … the client.  The sessions will be fun, challenging and specially designed to help you achieve your goals. By combining expertise in both personal training and sports massage therapy we are able to take a holistic approach to injury rehabilitation and postural correction with the aim of reducing the risk of further injury. Our trainers are constantly updating their skills by attending courses and researching the latest techniques
