Why Full Circle Fitness?​

Full Circle Fitness is to make personal training affordable whilst providing a high quality, friendly service tailored directly to your requirements.

Allow those who prefer to exercise in private the opportunity to do so, without compromising on the variety of equipment available to them. It ensures each session is undertaken without any distractions and with the full attention of your trainer.
We operate from a private studio in Park Gate or from Spirit Healthclub at Holiday Inn, Titchfield or from your own home.

Goal

is to help you achieve your goals as quickly and effectively as possible in a supportive, motivational and fun environment. We are delighted to pass on our knowledge to allow you to build confidence and a better understanding of the benefits of exercise and eating healthily – we aim to support you in making the necessary changes to allow you to have a healthier lifestyle both in and out of the gym.

Clients

We have worked with a very wide range of clients from mums wanting to get back into shape: executives who need assistance to fit exercise into their busy diaries: individuals with injuries or aches and pains who need help to get back to living their lives to the full and people who find visiting a gym or starting to exercise daunting and just need a helping hand to help build confidence and self esteem. We have worked with clients ranging in age from 14 to 80 and always ensure we tailor our approach to the individual needs of the client. Our main client base is in the 35+ category

​Approach

At Full Circle Fitness we take a hands on approach, ensuring each session is tailored directly to you … the client.  The sessions will be fun, challenging and specially designed to help you achieve your goals. By combining expertise in both personal training and sports massage therapy we are able to take a holistic approach to injury rehabilitation and postural correction with the aim of reducing the risk of further injury. Our trainers are constantly updating their skills by attending courses and researching the latest techniques.
