Frequently Asked Questions
QUESTION I'm really worried about having a personal trainer because I think it will be too difficult for me? We work at your level of experience and expertise. Our sessions will progress at the speed you progress and we aim to make the sessions as friendly and fun as possible. Our aim is to make exercise part of your life and we will work to find what you enjoy whether its in the gym or in day to day life. |
QUESTION I've suffered from a bad lower back for years. I'm worried that exercise will make it worse? Generally the exercise can help to significantly improve back pain. Both Tracey and Grant have Level 4 qualifications specifically in Working with Lower Back Pain Sufferers. We have a significant amount of experience in this area and will not hesitate to refer on if we feel that a specific issue is outside our scope of practise |
