Personal Training is all about helping you stay motivated and achieving your goals within your timescale. Based in Fareham near Southampton, Full Circle Fitness (Southern) recognises that every client is different and we tailor our services to you. We understand that there are lots of reasons not to exercise and that your time is precious and therefore every session needs to count.
We know that Personal Training is not just about having someone with you whilst you are working out but having someone to guide you through your entire health and fitness development.
Your training both inside and outside of the gym
Our Personal Training can be carried out in a private studio which is for your exclusive use. This productive and inspiring setting allows you and your Trainer to focus totally on you and your goals without any distractions. If you are not confident exercising in a public area this option provides privacy and an opportunity for you to gain experience in a safe environment. Alternatively, we can train you at your home, outdoors or at Spirit Gym Fareham.
We use a wide range of equipment and our imaginations to maintain your interest and enthusiasm to ensure variety, whilst making your programs both progressive and challenging. Our Trainers have significant experience in both the health and fitness industry but have also have had previous experience in other environments which allows them to appreciate and understand the stresses of today’s work places and the effect they can have on the body.
We aim for our training sessions to be fun yet functional, as our training seeks to replicate everyday situations and movements, ensuring that our bodies are fit to be able to continue serving us day after day.
What can I expect from my personal training session?
The first session lasts around 30 minutes. This is a complimentary initial chat to allow your trainer to understand a little bit more about you and what you are looking to achieve from your sessions.
This is followed by a fitness and nutritional assessment to give us both an idea of your current status and give us a benchmark for improvements. It allows us to provide ongoing fitness & nutritional advice which assists in improving general health, boosting energy levels and speeding up results. We can include a full body composition analysis which looks at hydration levels and fat percentages which are tailored to take account of your height, gender and age.
Next the real work starts – we work towards your identified goals.
At least every six weeks we assess your progress and make changes to your exercise regime and diet as required.
Anything else?…. we provide fun, enthusiasm and have a real desire for you to succeed
