What is GP Referral?
GP Referral is a specific and formalised programme whereby a medical professional refers a patient to a fitness programme, these are usually run at large leisure centres with large groups of participants. So if you’ve been recommend by your GP to exercise in order to improve a medical condition listed below but would prefer to work one on one, then our team can help. We hold the same qualifications as the large referral centres but can provide a much more individualised approach.

Nutrition and How We Can Help
Exercise can assist in weight loss and generally improve your quality of life, however it needs to be combined with a sound approach to your nutrition to maximise the effects. Unfortunately there is so much misinformation available on the internet that a lot of clients are not sure whether they are taking the correct approach.
Tracey has spent the last year studying MNU, which is considered the foremost evidenced based nutrition course available at the moment. It has given her a very good understanding that there is no “magic bullet” and no “one size fits all approach”. To obtain the best results it is about working with the individual to establish which approaches work best for them in both the short and long term. It is not just about a suitable diet today but helping you find a long term solution to your weight management. |
